摘要:
气单胞菌是冷藏凡纳滨对虾的重要腐败菌,为更好地控制气单胞菌引起的腐败变质,笔者分析了气单胞菌的群体感应特性。结果表明,在腐败的凡纳滨对虾中成功分离出了气单胞菌Aeromonas sp.A01,经16S rRNA鉴定,该菌与气单胞菌属Aeromonas sp.J1.3E2的同源性达99.0%。Aeromonas sp.A01可分泌酰化高丝氨酸内酯类信号分子C4-HSL,且体外培养12 h可达最高值。外源信号分子C4-HSL可促进Aeromonas sp.A01对数期后期的生长,且显著提升蛋白酶分泌能力与生物膜形成能力。相比于对照,10 μmol/L的C4-HSL分别将Aeromonas sp.A01的蛋白酶活力和生物膜形成量提高了20%和51%。表明气单胞菌的生长、蛋白酶分泌和生物膜形成均与AHLs介导的群体感应密切相关,气单胞菌的群体感应系统可作为控制凡纳滨对虾腐败的新靶点。
