摘要:
细菌可利用群体感应系统进行种内及种间的交流,这种交流已经被证实对细菌存在多种调控功能。现有研究表明,细菌的群体感应系统也可以调控细菌的应激反应。本文中,笔者对细菌的群体感应及其对应激反应调控作用的相关研究现状进行了阐述,旨在为应对致病菌和乳酸菌的应激反应提供参考。
