摘要:
群体感应(QS)是细菌基于细胞密度变化而进行特定通讯的方式。QS细菌能产生并分泌1种称为自体诱导物(AI)的信号分子。细菌AI分子的分泌随着细菌细胞密度的升高而增加,从而调控基于细菌密度的基因表达。沙门氏菌是重要的人畜共患病病原菌,能利用3种细胞间信号传导机制收集环境信息和调控基因表达。本文中,笔者综述沙门氏菌三类QS系统研究现状,包括QS系统的构成及功能(尤其是致病性功能)探索,以期深入研究沙门氏菌QS相关致病机制并对沙门氏菌感染进行靶向有效防治。
