摘要:
细菌群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)是细菌的一种密度依赖型信息交流机制。群体感应淬灭(quorum quenching,QQ)能够破坏细菌群体感应系统,阻断细菌的信息交流。本文中,笔者综述了群体感应淬灭酶——酰基高丝氨酸内酯酶(AHL内酯酶)的研究进展,总结了群体感应淬灭在植物病害防治、水产养殖、膜污染以及医学领域的应用研究,旨在为挖掘群体感应淬灭资源和群体感应淬灭的应用提供理论依据与指导。
