摘要:
从扬子石化的废水淤泥中筛选到1株能发酵液体石蜡产脂肽类生物表面活性剂的假丝酵母CandidaE2。通过单因子实验和正交试验,得到了最佳发酵培养基组成(g/L):牛肉膏 30,蔗糖 20,酵母膏 025,KH2PO4 125,MgSO4 03,NaCl 15,CaCl2 005,尿素 05;液体石蜡10%(体积分数)。最佳培养条件:初始pH 70,接种量012 g/L,装液量为200 mL三角瓶30 mL,培养时间为5 d。最终产量提高了27倍,达1582 g/L。
