摘要:
C11β-羟基化是甾体微生物转化中难以实现的一步反应.对甾体C11β-羟基化的机理及部分生理生化问题进行了讨论,对蓝色犁头霉和新月弯孢霉催化转化甾体C11β-羟基化的应用研究特点及其催化转化反应产物氢化可的松的工业生产现状及相关问题进行了评述,并对此技术开发前景进行了预测.
