摘要:
利用一株克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella sp.LN145)在以葡萄糖和磷酸氢二铵为主要成分的培养基中发酵生产2,3-丁二醇.在补料发酵培养过程中,通过补糖,2,3-丁二醇和3-羟基丁酮的最大产量分别达到了84.0 g/L和10.5 g/L,二醇的摩尔转化率达到理论水平的91%,转化速率达到1.8 g/(L·h).
