摘要:
在酿酒酵母谷胱甘肽发酵中,比较了乙醇控制在一定浓度和逐步下降两种乙醇控制方式对谷胱甘肽合成的影响,后者较好.考察了后一控制方法与葡萄糖浓度和流加速率、呼吸商、谷胱甘肽总量和含量的关系,结果表明,在不添加前体氨基酸的情况下能达到1 620 mg/L.
