摘要:
选用DB-23毛细管色谱柱,设置合适的载气压力,采用气相色谱(GC)分析了海洋真菌中脂肪酸的组成,并对二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)进行了定量分析.测定结果表明:能有效分离37种脂肪酸,分析时间仅需20 min,DHA的回收率为96.95%~100.22%,相对标准偏差为1.33%,海洋真菌中DHA的含量为365.78 mg/g,相对标准偏差为2.54%.
